College makes top ten of nearly 3,500 surveyed

Forbes has reaffirmed Lehman's reputation for excellence in online degree programs with a No. 3 ranking in its list of ten "Best Online Colleges of 2025." Nationwide, nearly 3,500 institutions were surveyed for the list. 

Highlighting degree programs in business, health, social sciences, and the humanities, Forbes made note of Lehman's success in driving social mobility, its low cost of attendance, and how "the college goes the extra mile to support enrollees from lower-income backgrounds."

Lehman has been a leader in distance education since the 1990s and currently offers nine undergraduate majors, six graduate degrees, and several certificate programs in a fully or primarily online format. The College's Ed.D. program in Organizational Leadership, Development, and Change is the College's most recent addition to its growing portfolio of online degree programs.
